Delivery Information

When you place an order with Zimbolic Ltd we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order. Your order represents an offer to Zimbolic Ltd to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we confirm your order by e-mail. Please check in your junk folder before contacting us if you have not received your confirmation email.

Delivery
Subject to stock availability, we will endeavour to deliver your order within 3 - 4 working days of the date of confirmation of your order by us, or within a reasonable time. Delivery times are estimates. Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £7.95 per order. Free delivery on products where stated.

Returns
All shortages and damages must be reported to us in writing or by e-mail within 48 hours.

CONSUMER PROTECTION (DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS 2000)
It is standard practice for us to offer a 7 day money back guarantee. If having received your order you are not satisfied with all or some of your items, you may return them to us for a full refund. In order for us to offer this service to you we ask that upon returning the item they are fully intact and packaged in their original packaging. Please note that any special order items are excluded from our 7 day money back guarantee.

Any order can be cancelled in writing (e-mail, fax or letter) within 48 hours of receiving your order under the Distance Selling Regulations. If the order has been dispatched the total carriage costs incurred by Zimbolic Ltd will be passed on to you. These costs will include the carriage costs to deliver the item and its return cost to the warehouse. In addition to this an administration fee of £10 will be charged to cover costs of dealing with your instructions.
